Acai Supplement Challenge: Day 5

Well I am almost done with my first week in this challenge and the only significant change I have noticed is my bowel movements becoming more regular.  Kind of strange, but good in a way I guess.

 So the weekend threw my schedule off a little like it always seems to.  I didn't miss my supplements, but I did miss two days of my scheduled exercise.  It is only the first week, so I know I have room for improvement in this area.  It is busy at home, but there is always a way to make time to work out for 20 minutes each day.  So far I have done Wii Active, Just Dance on the Wii (Yes, I like the Wii) and Pilates.  These three activities give me variety and cover different areas of the body. 

 The exercising I am just adding as an aid to help lose the weight, but I do need it too.  You have to replace the fat with something right?  Why not muscle.  That would help burn the fat better anyway.

 Ok, I think that is all for this report.  Next report will be 1/18/10 (the day before my birthday) and that will also mark my first full week.  I will take measurements and see IF there is any difference.  I don't expect this to be too dramatic until week 3, but we'll see!
